Nate is the managing attorney of J.N. Richards Law, P.C. which focuses on real estate law and estate planning. Nate is licensed to practice in the State of Texas as well as before the United States Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas District Courts.

Nate manages the hard money lending program for AWS clients and investors. An astute real estate investor himself, Nate brings experience into every real estate transaction we and clients do.

Nate has one son Graham and daughter Maggie with his beautiful wife Whitney. He enjoys college football, traveling, and spending time with his family and dog Millie.
